Google Duplex Comes To Iphone

Artificial intelligence (AI) has undergone a massive evolution in the past decade. We reached the epitome of laziness when we started instructing a virtual system to switch other machines on while we were under the same roof. Nevertheless, this technology has simplified our existence. Recently, China unveiled the third AI news anchor that can work without ever needing to take a break. This was the first female AI newscaster among all three AI news anchors that are modeled after their human doppelgangers. Soon, we will not be able to tell the difference between a human voice and the voice of a human-like virtual assistant. It is almost a reality with Google Duplex.

Google Duplex was launched in 2018 and since then has expanded its reach to 43 states. The app, which was available to Pixel owners, will also be available to iPhone users soon. Google Duplex is a human-like assistant that takes care of your restaurant reservations for you. With a simple command, the application can book a table at a designated time and place. The app shall make a phone call after getting the command, and the receiver shall get a call from a human-sounding virtual assistant that will request to reserve a table.

Google, the American tech-giant, has expanded to various sectors and has pioneered many technological revolutions. Google Duplex will be available to iPhone users soon and will be followed by an extension to iOS devices. Backed by such innovations, the industry is ever growing, and the demand for it is not plummeting anytime soon.
